Shipping policy

Welcome to Wild Planet Aromatherapy. We craft and package every item with care from our base in Sevenoaks, Kent. Below you will find all the details regarding our dispatch times, shipping rates, and delivery services.

1. UK Delivery Options & Rates

All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail as our tracked courier service. All delivery rates include UK VAT.

Express / Next Day Delivery 1 – 2 working days £6.95

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT Monday through Friday will be processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time or over the weekend/bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

2. Order Tracking & Notifications

Once your order has been carefully packed and dispatched from our facility you will receive an automated dispatch confirmation email containing your personal tracking link. You can use this link to monitor your parcel’s journey at any time.

3. Postcode Exclusions & Remote Regions

Please note that Express / Next Day delivery services may not be available for certain remote locations including the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. Standard delivery to these regions may take up to 3 to 5 working days.

4. International Delivery

We currently ship to select international destinations upon request.

Because shipping rates, customs rules, and carrier restrictions for essential oils and home fragrances vary by country international delivery is handled individually:

  • How to Order: Please email our Customer Care team at info@wildplanetaromatherapy.co.uk with your full shipping address and the list of items you wish to purchase.

  • Quotes & Processing: We will calculate the exact courier rate and delivery timeframe for your region and send you an invoice or order link.

  • Customs, Duties & Taxes: International orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to local import duties, VAT, and customs clearing fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Delivery Restrictions

In accordance with UK carrier regulations regarding essential oils, room sprays, and home fragrances:

  • We are unable to ship to PO Box, BFPO, or APO addresses.

  • Certain liquid items or alcohol-based diffusers may have air transport restrictions applied to specific international destinations.

6. Missing or Delayed Parcels

While we do everything possible to ensure your parcel arrives on schedule, courier delays can occasionally happen during peak promotional periods or bank holidays.

If your package has not arrived within 7 working days of receiving your dispatch email please contact our Customer Care team at info@wildplanetaromatherapy.co.uk with your order number so we can investigate.
