Delivery & Returns

Delivery ~ FREE UK delivery when you spend £50.00 and above ~

Delivery is £3.95 or FREE if you spend £50.00 and above. We usually try and ship your orders straight away, but please allow up to 3 working days during busy periods. We use APC couriers as well as Royal Mail.

International Delivery

PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to ship our Reed Diffusers, Refills and Sprays (they contain alcohol and although it is natural and certified organic by The Soil Association, it is flammable and comes under strict international shipping rules. However, we are able to ship any of our wax products which include our candles, crystal infused candle jars and wax melts.

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase then we offer a 14 days returns policy subject to the article being in a saleable condition and in original undamaged packaging. The overall condition of the returned item will be taken into consideration when making refunds.

Refunds will be credited as per original method of payment.

Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days. If you wish to cancel your order you must give us written notice to Wild Planet Aromatherapy,

(including email info@wildplanetaromatherapy.co.uk) within that seven day period. If you do cancel the order within the 7 day period any payments made by you will be returned in full within 30 days.

If the item has already been despatched you must return the item to us at your own cost. Cancelled items must be returned in perfect condition, unused and in original packaging.

If an item is being returned due to a fault we will also refund the delivery charge. If you return a damaged or faulty item from an order consisting of more than one item, we will only refund you the cost of the faulty item.

Custom made products may not normally be returned unless faulty.

For your protection it is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service for returning items. You must also make sure that items are securely packaged and in their original condition on returning them to us.

Faulty Goods

In the unfortunate event that an item is found to be faulty or damaged on receipt please contact us by email as soon as possible and return the item within 7 days for a full refund (including reimbursement of delivery charges) or exchange.
