Coronavirus information for our customers
Our website remains fully functional and we continue to be open for orders.
After the Government's clarification that non-essential (although many of our customers would say our products are essential!) online retailers can continue to operate as long as they are sure that they can safely practice social distancing and provide good standards of hygiene.
As a small business, this is easy for us to facilitate. Our studio is only a 5 minute walk from where we live, down a very quiet lane and our premises are kept spotlessly clean at all times. There are two other businesses in the same building, but they often work from home, especially now and if we do see other people in the premises, we no longer use the communal kitchen and do not interact whilst the necessary restrictions are in place.
We work with a very reliable courier company who currently practice a NO CONTACT policy. We leave orders for collection in the foyer of the building so they don't even have to come into the actual studio and they have temporarily relaxed the requirement so you will no longer need to sign for goods on the drivers' devices or hard copy document when you receive your order. (You will just be required to provide your name verbally to the delivery driver; at a safe distance, whereby the driver will include this on the delivery record). We aim to process and despatch your orders as quickly as possible, usually within 1 to 2 days, although this may be delayed very slightly if the couriers are particulary busy but you will receive a tracking number with each delivery.
